ST. LOUIS – Show Me Hospitality, LLC, area developer for Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop in the greater St. Louis area, is pleased to announce a new restaurant location in downtown St. Louis in the Park Pacific Building at 231 North Tucker Boulevard. The restaurant, at the corner of Tucker and Olive, is scheduled to open in December and will have both indoor and outdoor seating and feature a unique drive thru that “tunnels” through the retail building.
“We are excited to bring Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop to our Guests who live, work and play in downtown St. Louis,” said Eric Sigurdson, President of Show Me Hospitality LLC. “Tim Hortons regular or dark roast coffee will be a fresh new way to start the day for many, and we look forward to welcoming these Guests back for a handcrafted sandwich at lunch or soup and a wrap for dinner.”
The restaurant, the fourth location in St. Louis, features Tim Hortons signature always-‐fresh coffee and a 24/7 menu of freshly prepared baked goods, breakfast and lunch items – all served in a relaxing environment including WIFI, fireplace and television. Catering with delivery is also available.
“We are pleased to welcome such as high quality tenant as Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop to Park Pacific,” says CEO Steve Smith of Lawrence Group, which owns and manages the historic building. Home of KMOX, the mixed-‐use development includes retail/restaurant, office, parking and 230 luxury apartments and serves as the gateway to the central business district. “Lawrence Group was able to provide a space for Tim Hortons with a unique drive thru that literally goes through the building and is unlike anything in our downtown area,” says Smith.
Mayor Francis Slay said he’s pleased that Tim Horton Cafe & Bake Shop chose downtown St. Louis in its first year of development of the market, “Tim Hortons will be a great new addition to the many excellent dining choices in Downtown St. Louis. It will attract new customers from one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the City, adding to the fabric of Downtown and catering to the early morning office workers and the late night study crowd.”
The announcement of the Tim Hortons downtown location comes at the same time as the opening of the newest location in BJC @ The Commons in the Cortex District (Midtown St. Louis), which opened today, October 29th at the corner of Clayton Avenue at Boyle.
